I recently moved into a house that had been unoccupied for four years. After seeing that the existing shallow well pump was cracked, I installed a new one and started in on installing PEX throughout the house. Right now I'm having the issue of air being trapped in the holding tank and letting the water flow back down the lines. I have had the pump running with the nearest faucet open to try to bleed the line for the past forty minutes. The water that comes out is filled with tiny bubbles. Is there something else I should do to try to get the air out, or should I just continue as I am?
