advice please?

hi,
i was wondering if any one knows if this is possible. my bathroom is on the opposite side of a cement wall to my kitchen. we are wanting to relocate the bathroom basin. we would like to put it on the wall directly opposite the kitchen sink. Instead of relocating the pipes along the floor in the bathroom can we drill through the cement wall and hook the pipes up to the kitchen water and drainage (kitchen has good water pressure)? hope that made sense lol. Thanks for any advice

Wall solid poured concrete or concrete block? Yes on hot and cold water supplies regardless of answer to that question. Drain and venting might be a problem. Where the kitchen sink is, is that a traditionally wood or metel stud framed furred wall against the concrete wall? If so, and the drain and vent for the kitchen sink are in that wall it will be possible for the bath sink to share that drain and vent if....

How many other fixtures (Clothes washer, dishwasher, shower / tub etc) share that same drain and vent and size of the vent and drain.

Yep, that's a big maybe. Depends on what you find when you break the wall open.
