Adding a second bathroom sink

Hi all.

I would like to add a second bathroom sink. Could I tap into the water and drain lines above the floor but inside the walls or should I tap into them underneath the subflooring? It's not a slab floor so I have accesss underneath but hate going down there.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Assuming the existing pipes are sized to allow for the addition of a second sink, you can do it in the wall

You could do it all inside the cabinet too... BUT!
but seriously consider the loss of countertop space before spending the time and money
