Adding a half bath question
I am wanting to add a half bath to my current home. It is going to go into the hallway and on the other side of the wall is a full master bath. Am I going to have to have separate vents for the toilets or can I ajoin them to the existing vent? If anyone has any diagrams,,,it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any replies to this!

hard to say without actually seeing what you have. You may be able to common vent some fixtures. However, the easiest way may be to just run a new vent inside the wall the join an existing vent above. Again, cant really say without seeing what you have. Running a new vent usually isnt that big of a deal though

Are you saying this stool will back up to the same wall as stool on other side??? Do you KNOW where the stack is FOR SURE??? Close to the back of the new stool??

Adding a half bath question
Not back to back but the rooms will be back to back. I guess the easiest thing to do would be add a new vent I was just trying to find the easiest way and most convienent way. Whichever is safer for my family.
