Add two 1/2 bath


I have a comercial building and i like to add 2 more 1/2 bath but i have a 3" building drain can add 2more 1/2 bath (existing two 1/2 bath & kitchen)

Add two 1/2 bath


If all you have now is a kitchen and two 1/2 bath (Lav and WC) then it shouldn't be a problem with the addition of two more half baths.
You need to consult with local codes especially since this is a commercial building. Still shouldnt' be a problem.
