90 bend in 4" vent


Use a st45 at the cross. That will pick up a little vert. room for your offset.
And not meaning to muddy the water more but are you sure that 4" cross is a legal fitting for that application? I have to use a 4x3 sanitary cross or a 4" fixture cross

Not yet. When I have all the correct pieces to show him, and how I plan to install it all, I'll TRY to get him out here to approve it before I glue any of it. The next day, he can return for the flushing..... Po)
