40,000 or 60,000btu power vent water heater....

Good afternoon,
I am looking to get a 50 gallon power vent water heater to eliminate the chimney in my home. There are a few power vent water heaters that am looking at, with only a few dollars difference between the btu ratings. Is there a major difference going with the larger btu rating aside from a quicker recovery rate and a larger intake/exhaust vent to the outside? Thank you in advance!

Not sure but I have read that an oversized water heater that short cycles often is not good for the unit. Maybe someone could shed light on the subject as I have the same dilemma.
