4 inch 90 degree PVC elbow w/2 inch heel inlet

i need this but all i could find at HD and ferguson was the 3 inch version. was wondering if anyone has suggestions or at least a viable explanation as to why it is unavailable ?

Try a plumbing supply store. The big stores only seem to carry the "most common" stuff. I've been burned by them alot lately.

If I remember correctly, Mueller Industries makes one, but it is not a long-sweep bend. You may want to check there.

Charlotte Pipe makes them in pvc part #303 1/4 bend with low heel inlet 4"x4"x2"
And I'm sure GSR and several other companies make them also.
