Any graphics like before of a 'common' configuration I can see anywhere?
I have around 3' of room from concrete to flooring above down there to work in.
The straight 'out' pipe I'll be connecting to is already 8 or so inches from the floor.

A 3" pipe is plenty for the fixtures you list but I'm not in your proposed bathrms so I see where to put your lavs or toilets. Put 6 different plumbers in there and you'll get 6 different layouts.
