4" or 8" shower head?

I want to replace my current shower head with a height & angle adjustable shower head (because the shower head is too high for me).

I think the 8" would be cool because it probably will cover a large range. However, I am concerned that water pressure might be low due to the wide coverage. Any insight or experience to share?

FYI, I'm considering between 4": Peerless / Downpour Plus / height & angle adjustable, AND
8": Aqua Spa / Ultra-luxury Rainfall Shower / height & angle adjustable
