Just bought a house and wanted to start working slowly on getting the basement finished. We have a 3-piece rough-in... 1 larger drain, 1 smaller and 1 connecting to an existing drain system.
The larger drain is more than 12" away from the wall which would be used for the toilet, one that is connected to the existing drainage for the sink and the smaller one... which is too close to the wall would be used for a shower? anyone have any idea how far this needs to be away from the wall so there would be proper drainage? and if it is actually a shower drain?
Looks like a standard 3-piece against a wall. TUB drain looks a little close to the wall but still easily usable, w/c should be roughly 17" to centre off the concrete wall to allow for framing & drywall behind it.
