3 hole remodel plate for shower/tub - 8"on center

Replacing my 3 handle shower/tub faucets, showerhead, spout , etc.....
My old 3 handle shower/tub faucets and 12" on center so I need a plate to extend at least 13". (replacing it with one that is 8" on center, seems to be the standard) I see there are alot of different plates for the single handle shower setup. Anybody have any ideas??

So far as I know, 8 inches center to center has always been the rough-in distance between hot and cold water supply pipes to a bathtub faucet, so you're going to have a hard time finding anything that isn't made for 8 inch center to center faucet knobs.

You might consider having something like a piece of coloured plastic (to match your tiling) made up 14 inches wide and 6 inches high. Caulk that to the wall over the holes and then install a standard cover plate over that.

Any place that makes plastic signs would be able to cut you a small piece of coloured opaque plexiglas.

Thanks, looking to make it look something more than a patch job, I've seen a couple of remodel plates that might and probably would work. Looking for more of a variety at this point.
