3" 90 or a sweep 90

I need to move a toilet for a client. Can I use a regular 3" 90 (not a sweep) to mount the toilet flange to. I need as much fall in the pipe as I can get.

Use a 4X3" spigot by hub closet bend and a 4" closet ring. The bend can be cut. It will drop down less than a 3" 1/4 and, starting out 4", is a better design.

how far are you moving it,(venting issues) also you should never over pitch a toilet waste arm. you can use a short 3" 90 allowed now by most codes.
