Default 3/4" Thermostatic Shower Valve

Doing remodel on master shower and have a Moen 3/4" thermostatic mixing valve with 1/2" PEX feed. ( Only running two shower heads ). Then to two separate inline valves with 3/4 feed and output. My question is should the output lines be 3/4" or 1/2"? I am planning 1/2" but want to make sure!
