2 questions chembond 1640/shower drain w/o weep hole.

hi all,
I am just new on this DIY site and do have an ongoing project that hopefully I can finish within this long weekend. My question is , I plan to install a prefab plastic shower stall. Can I use chembond 1640 tile adhesive for the plastic wall? Second, the stall has its own parts such as the drain which has a 2" diameter opening. It basically fits over the drain pipe which I may have to increase/reduce for it to be use, meaning using a 2"ABS pipe for the drain reduced to 1 1/2" to the P trap. I do not have a drain with a weep hole, is this neccessary for this stall?
I appreciate any info on the matter.
