2 1/2 storey remodel 4 bed, 1 bath to 7 bed, 5 bath

Thank you all.

I found out from the mayor, that they use a digital meter with a remote read out- to be located outside the front. It is 1/2 inch flow meter but has an adapter for 3/4.

I decided, I will use 3/4 for main floor and then if needed step up to 1 inch for 2nd floor and if I need to step up again to 1 1/4. My main importance is getting this first bathroom and water heater done.

I will cut the poly at 3-4', put ball valve, and make the connection to the water meter about 2-3' above the p.o.e. and use remaining poly up vertically and then make the transition to pex, to make use of extra poly (unless..?). I will strap the water meter and ball valve directly to the ICF foundation with plastic hangers and the appropriate concrete screws. (already have the screws) And finally I won't worry about that poly buldging out around the footing, `It'll probably be a closet and I'll cover it up and have an access panel for turning off the water.
