What filler should I use between a window frame and sill

I have a large double glazed sliding window in my lounge. At the base of this, I have a tiny wooden sill with the main sill beyond. Between the little wooden sill and window, the people who put it in have put a filler and topped it up with sealant.

I am replacing the filler and sealant and cannot think what kind of filler to use.

Would anyone know?

Many thanks,

Rachel

can you supply a picture? Sounds like you can fill it with Dynapatch but a pic can confirm
