hanging lamp in dorm room

utkmom11 Newbie   Join Date: Aug 2012 Posts: 1	hanging lamp in dorm room My daughter has a hanging lamp(paper lantern) and can't find ANYTHING that she can use to attach to the popcorn ceiling. Commnad strips won't stick. Any suggestions? Holes are not allowed
