Would like to share a project my wife & I completed this spring.

We were contracted to install new, sand on site floors for a previously satisfied client. While there, we milled & installed all new solid oak trim. Counting the floors, we installed over 2400 bd ft of red oak in their home this spring. It was a fun, challenging project. Our client, & ourselves are very proud of how the project came out. The stairway was a custom project for them a couple years previous. Hope you enjoy.

Great work, attention to detail always pays off.
I would like to install +/- 400sq similar patern/design,
Any idea on the amount of hours invested in prep/install/stain/varnish for 2400sqft?

Nice, now put the handrail back on the stairs! You also need closed risers unless it's 4" or less space. Looks like you already caught a lion, don't want to catch a toddler.... Be safe, G

Built to clients specs & they were thrilled with the look. They live in the country & do not have city or county codes to dictate what they do in their own home.

You can always tell when someone loves what they do and takes pride in their work, it just shows in the attention to detail.

Excellent job
