Wood laminate sealer?

I have laminate wood floors and they are really beat down. I have 2 big dogs and cant really justify putting in new flooring until they go to doggie heaven. Is there a way to spruce up my laminate with polyurethane? Or is there any product or technique to hold me over until I replace.

Unfortunately you can not use poly on laminate, it's like a melamine coded on Masonite. It's not real hardwood. They sell laminate cleaner liquid at HD or ammonia and hot water mopped can clean it as well.
