Wood Flooring on top of Concrete slab

I had a water leak last year and now I have a weird smell. How do I check if there is mold under to wood flooring?

As the other person suggested the only real way to check for water is to remove some of the flooring. If you want to avoid this I would suggest running a dehumidifier in the area to help with drying.

Any swelling? If not the dehumidifier is your answer, keep an eye on floor for shrinkage once dry.
