Default Wilonart or Quick-step?

I've heard good things about quick-step. I had what I wanted picked out (Eligna Canyon Oak). I got the sample and it was perfect, not too dark, not to light, a touch of gold-is red to warm it up. Unfortunately, it seems that is discontinued. They have a similar color in the Elegance Line (but I really don't want the beveled edge—I want a uniform surface and no grooves to collect dirt).

I looked into Wilsonart. Local sellers really play up the heat and pressure manufacture of it as being way better than the pressure only. The WilsonArt is more expensive. However, I found several customer reviews re: water damage (reviewers claim just normal glass of water spill and dropped ice) and dulling surface.

Any experiences good and bad appreciated (especially from any pros who may have installed both products)

Thanks in advance,

Grant

Wilsonart is an excellent product. Water can easily damage any laminate. I've never heard of Wilsonart being any worse in such situations. Quickstep is good too.
