Will 24" OC joists work for slate tile

I have a sunroom that is 18x7 with the joists running the 7 foot length 24" OC. House was built in 1923 the joists are true 2 x 10 heart pine. Subfloor is two layers of 3/4 inch plywood. Will this be strong enough to support the slate tile?

You need to compute the stiffness. The John Bridge website has a calculator, the web address is http://www.johnbridge.com/vbulletin/deflecto.pl

For your case, the website rates your floor at about 1:1800, which is stiff enough for natural stone tile.

Thanks for the link Daniel. I guess I stayed up all night worrying for nothing.
