White grout diacoloring

Just over a year ago I re-grouted our bathroom floor and around the tub.

It seems like the traffic areas have since discolored to tan or off-white. If you look at the first picture you can see the difference between the tub tile and the floor tile color - both were done at the same time.

With the second picture I removed the floor mat to show how the grout under it is still white in comparison to the rest of the floor.

Any thoughts on how to bring it back white?

Hair spray products is the main culprit, why you see that. Get some Sudsy Ammonia and a scrub brush. Put about a cup or two in a bucket of hot water, then start scrubbing the floor.

Extract the water off the tile with some old towels, then wipe down with plain Hot Water with nothing in it, and it should look fine after you are done.

Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?

I did seal it. I will try using ammonia and see what happens.
