What underlay do I need for gluing down solid bamboo T&G over old finished OSB floor?

I want to lay bamboo flooring (96mm solid compressed 4 side T&G planks) over an old OSB polyurethaned floor in basement. I would like to glue it down, and probably will have to sand the OSB first, but I don't know if I need underlay, if so, what kind, and how the gluing works then. This is the part I don't get. Anyone can help?
