What do I use to cut tiling?

What tool would I use to cut bathroom tiles? I have a circular saw and miter saw.

Ceramic tiles or Vinyl tiles?
Ceramic tiles need a wet saw (see above), vinyl needs a utility knife and straight edge.

Well! When I hear of a person who puts vinyl tiles on the walls in a bathroom, I have completely different advice for them, which can not be given on this forum!!

I also posted in the flooring section so that should say something. But I appreciate all the information if it was tile, vinyl, floor, wall...
