What is apartment grade carpet?

I've heard the term and I am trying to buy apartment grade carpet. Is apartment grade a specific standard, or does it vary?

Does it have a specific weight per square yard? A specific density? Also does it have a specific type of padding?

Thanks

Apartment grade really means low level quality flooring.
Affordable is another way of putting it.

Usually around 25 oz FHA approved along with a 5# rebond or whatever beneath it.

We sell quite a bit of commercial grade carpet in apartments. But it's the cheapest stuff we sell.
