Waterproof Flooring (that isn't tile)
I'm looking for flooring that can be laid on the 2nd story for a homebrewery that would be ideally, watertight enough to hose down into a central drain; or at the very least, water resistant enough to clean large spills up with a wet mop. The room this is being planned for is an L shape about 75sft with MDF over a plywood sub-floor.

Tile is unfortunately a less than ideal for homebrew rooms due to the handling of large 50lbs+ glass carboys that can easily break just being gently moved around on something very firm like tile or cement.

Options considered:
  • A large (12x15 or so) single piece of vinyl and cutting it to fit
  • Interlocking PVC floor tiles (doesn't seem waterproof enough)
  • Waterproof Laminate (also doesn't seem waterproof enough)

Glue down cork with an epoxy adhesive? Cork has been used in places like horse barns where they hose down the horses. You have to use the correct cork and the correct adhesive and seal it up with a finish afterwards. It also has the advantage of not being as firm of a surface which also seems like a concern you have.
