wall trim options for tiled entryway floor

I'm laying a 26x17 inch tile over Hardiebacker board that is both thinset and screwed into place above the subfloor in my entry way. Thank you DIY chatroom for at least getting me this far.

The problem is that the porcelain tiles don't have a bullnose trim pieces that match, this color and style only come in 26x17 sizes.

One option that I have is ripping down a few tiles to 26x4 with the tile saw.

Can I just put the tile on the wall without a bullnose, since this is an entryway and not a shower?

I could ease the upper edge with the course side of a knife sharpening stone if there was anything sharp.

What other way can I get a decent eased tile edge without buying a $200 diamond saw wheel with a bullnose profile?

I would say the only 2 options for you is rent a diamond blade grinder or get a tile that has the edge you need but your right it won't match.

I think I'm going to just use the same baseboard as the wood floors and not over think it that much, but any ideas appreciated
