vinyl planks over cork underlayment

I need help with my project.
I live on 4th floor (in condo). The sub-floor is concrete slabs.
I'm planning to use cork underlayment and then put vinyl plank flooring on
top of it.
I was told to use urethane adhesive to glue cork underlayment to
concrete slabs. But nobody could recommend what type of adhesive
should I use to glue vinyl plank flooring to cork. The manufacture of
vinyl planks recommend to use latex/rubber/acrylic adhesive to glue
planks to concrete or plywood. But they don't have answer for cork
underlayment.

What kind of adhesive should I use for gluing vinyl planks to cork? Vinyl planks are not self-adhesive. They are 2 mm thick, sold by Lumber Liquidators.
Thank you!
