vinyl floor stained by a wet plastic bag

A plastic grocery store bag that contained some frozen food was left out overnight and the contents thawed. The resulting cold moisture made the colored printing from the bag stick to and stain the white/gray vinyl flooring. It could even be the plastic bag itself that somehow merged chemically with the floor. Does anyone know how to remove this ? Tried a number of cleaners and Goo Gone. Maybe I should try steam or bleach. Thanks for your time.

Did you try rubbing alcohol? I've used it to get ink off of other things.
