which type of vinyl plank?

I presently have vinyl square tiles on my floor(slab - no basement). I am wanting to put down a floating wood plank vinyl floor on top of it. Of the three types: 1. peel and stick plank to plank (not to floor), 2. click together or 3. the new free float loose laying type with suction cups on back. Which one needs the least floor preparation and is the easiest to put down? Can furniture be placed on it immediately or is there a waiting period?
