Trimming hardwood floor ends...
I installed my 5/8" thick bamboo hardwood flooring (glue down) and some ends do not have the 1/4" distance to the wall or tile. The question is, how should I trim the ends? I have tried an end mill on my Dremel and it just goes way too slow. Is the best tool to use something like this:
I went and bought it and works great. It does not adjust for depth but that I managed to do with taping some cardboard to the bottom. One downfall is that if you do not hold it super tight, it will jump into the middle of the room tearing into your nice new hardwood flooring. Hopefully the threshold piece will be wide enough to cover it...
