Tile scoring recommendation

Hi,
Anyone have a recommendation on a tile scoring tool for cutting. It seems like those cut are quicker for ceramic tile from a show I saw on TV. Anyone used one before and compared to wet saw? What brands should I look at?

How much tiling are you planning to do? The pro's like Rubi, Sigma, and Tomecanic.
