Tile over old linoleum?

It's my first time ever tiling. I'm planning on tiling my kitchen floor with porcelain 13" x 13" tiles. It's a small area, only about 60 sq ft.

I thought there was only one layer of linoleum, but after pulling up the first, I found that there was a second layer of linoleum underneath. I'm assuming it's the original floor, as the condo was built in 1980. I tried to start pulling up the 2nd layer, but it just breaks apart, it looks like an impossible feat to get it off. Not to mention that this layer goes underneath all of the cabinets, which I can't get to. It's very securely attached to the wood underneath, which is on top of concrete.

My question. Can I just tile on top of the linoleum? I know it's not recommended, but I don't see any other options. Right now, it looks like if I laid tile on top, it'd flush up nicely with the adjacent room. I don't see the point in trying to get it up just to get to the wood underneath.

PS - It's a condo I plan on selling within the next two years, I want to get this done quickly and cheaply.

Not only should you get it up, the wood underlayment has to come up as well, then tell me if that's trully concrete or Gypcrete, a commonly used flooring in condos, which needs special prepping before attempting to set tile.
