Tile flooring


Six year old laminate floor ruined by water. Now I want to go with tile.I can't use existing plywood under layment to wet and warped. There is diagonal subfloor under it. How should I begin? Thanks Granpa

Tile flooring


Obviously the warped ply must be removed. At that point if it was me I would go back with fresh ply not less than 3/8". Anything you do after that with laminate will then work out.
