Tile Floor weight limits?

I apologize if this has been covered somewhere in another thread (or if it's a complete no brainer).

I have two options for where to put the door to the utility room in my basement (just Furnace and Water Heater). Opening Behind the bar area, or opening into the main living area.

If we place the door directly in front of the Furnace it would not look as nice, but access would be easier and any foot traffic (eventual furnace or water heater replacement) would be on a carpeted floor.

If we place the door behind the bar area (there's plenty of room to get the furnace or water heater in or out) access to the front of the furnace would not be great (30 inches from the front of the furnace to the studs), but it would look much better. This leads to the reason for my post... This route would take any replacement equipment across a tiled floor and I didn't know if I would run the risk of cracking a tile on the way in or out.

Anyway.. Thanks in advance...

Install the tile properly and you can drive a fork truck on it if you want to.
