Tile Flexing

I just finished tiling my bathroom. It looks very good but when I get on my hands and knees to feel for smoothness I put pressure on the tile surface and the tile flexes a bit. Almost like the thin set isn't completely dry. Is this normal? Or am I screwed?

What kinda thinset was this? Is it that premixed crap that comes in a bucket, or was this bagged thinset that you mixed yourself? When you say just finished, just finished when, did you let it set for 24 hours before walking on it?

I had this happen after completing my kitchen floor and the culprit was one tile that did not adhere properly. I used a dremel to remove the grout, chiseled out the remaining mortar and re-set the tile. It worked fine, but when I went to redo the grout, I tried to feather the grout over the existing grount lines. This caused the feathered areas to be a lighter color than the rest of the grout, so watch out for that. Otherwise it worked fine.

It shouldn't move after 24 hrs., if so, remove it, not sure like said above how this job was done and with what products, that would help.

Oh, and tiles don't flex.

This problem is a continuation of this thread; http://www.diychatroom.com/f5/difficulty-removing-grout-6573/

318 used pre-mixed junk......ah..ah...thinset and grout and so these problems. But he already knew that a day or so before he started this thread.
