Tile

I am tiling my condo, question is I did the bath and pulled up lino and being that this is on the second floor it has a lite crete and as I was trying to scrape off all old backing from lino the crete was just gouging out,so I guess my question is can I just lay over the lino?

Thanks

Tile

If you want it to last, no.

And that's probably gypcrete if it gouges easily, that will need to be prepped with a certain primer and membrane if tiled over.
