Surface Source / Congoleum Endurance Plank

Can anyone provide feedback re: Surface Source 6"x36" Vinyl Plank (Lowe's) -OR- Congoleum Endurance Vinyl Plank. In speaking to Congoleum I was told the product is the exact same, the only difference is Lowe's has 1 color that Congoleum produces exclusively for them. Any thoughts?

My home is built on a crawl space and we have 1 layer of 3/4" Advantech subfloor. My understanding is that 2 layers of subfloor are required...is there a minimum thickness required for the subfloor? Would it be best for us to put a 2nd layer of Advantech & if so, what thickness? Is there a different product that would be more suitable for the 2nd layer of the subfloor?

This floating vinyl flooring is planned for my family room, bedroom & 2 hallways. The majority of my furniture is quite large/heavy...large armoire, triple dresser w/marble top, 60" projection tv wrapped in a wood entertainment center (12' long)...should I be concerned about the weight of my furniture on this type of flooring?

Any input would be appreciated...thank you in advance for your time!
