stranded Bamboo - on grade concrete Q's

So here is the situation.

I like the stranded bamboo floors, but they can only be nailed or glued down. It is a fairly new material that is about 1/2" th thick and are not a typical engineered wood, but not really a hardwood either, so there is not much info about instalation. The other catch is, I think there is asbestos tile currently glued to the concrete. I only have an 1 1/2 between the concrete and the front door, so that is the most I can raise the floor.

Here is my plan - any warnings and advice would be very much appreciated.
I would like to

I will lay down 6 mil plastic then screw down half inch OSB to the concrete. Then I will glue down the floor.

I am a bit unsure about the lack of air flow under the floor. Also, what are some good floor leveling compounds?

stranded Bamboo - on grade concrete Q's

I am not a pro for this type of subfloor install but here is a couple q's.

How do you screw to concrete?
if you screw thru the poly, then how affected will that be on the water protection?
