sticky vinyl tile

paulmars Member   Join Date: Feb 2009 Posts: 39	sticky vinyl tile I plan to install over original 1954 tiles. I've done this before and it works fine. However, this time I need to seal cig smoke odor, before I install tiles. Kilz works great, however Armstrong(vinyl tile maker) does not recommend this. They have no specific recommendations. Ideas?
