Squeaky Floorboards

I'm a one-man band when I walk across the floor upstairs. Lots of squeaky boards. Is there any way to fix them without ripping up the carpet?

Not that I am aware of. You'll need to lift the carpet and screw down the subfloor properly.

search for Mr. Squeeeky (3 e's)..I dunno if they have a website or not, but they have breakaway screws to use through carpet.

Found it and ordered it. Hope it works. Almost bought the 250-screw refill, but decided to wait and see how many screws it takes per squeak. Thanks.
