Should I install the doors first or the hardwood floors?

Hi, I am having SLIDING french doors and hardwood floors installed in my office. The sliding doors will be on a track (metal frame - i'm guessing). The doors will need to be trimmed out so that everything looks nice. Currently, there is no door framing or trim in this area. Just your basic drywall squared off. Also, the office has carpet in it right now and it bumps up against hardwood flooring that is in the entryway/foyer of the home.

Should I have the carpenter install the sliding french doors first while the room is carpeted or should I have the floor company install the hardwood floors first then put in the sliding doors? PLEASE HELP!

Bypass doors or pocket doors? If bypass doors (one door slides over the other) then floor first. If pocket doors, that will involve tearing into the walls and the doors should be done first so as not to damage the floor.
