sheet leveling product

We have a concrete slab that is rough. We want to lay sheet vinyl strips down. My husband saw some kind of sheet product on a restaraunt fix up show. the slab has been leveled before and painted but now we moved attached cabinets off of it and we believe it'd be faster and easier to but some kind of sheet product down. Does anybody know what he's referring to?
