Good afternoon everyone, I am building a little workshop, the inside floor space measures 10'x16'. It is resting on two 8x12x12 skids with insulated 2x6 framing, a 3/4" cdx subfloor and 1.5" polyiso foam over it with 2x4 joists. I bought some 3/4" 4x8 t&g to use as underlayment to sandwhich the foamboard.
I am wondering how I can seal the floor from water. I was considering using leftover kitchen vinyl with rubber garage tile over it. Another option I am considering is laying down some concrete to seal it. I siliconed and foamed both the cdx and foamboard.
Edit: I forgot to add I have several hundred sq ft. of laminate flooring left over I am using some for the ceiling, wasn't srure how it would hold up for use on the floor with water and moisture from winter use, i.e snowblowers and such being stored in this building.
