self leveling floor flaky

Hi all looking for some assistance with the self leveling floor I placed in a 20 x 10 piece of my basemen, I placed in my basement last nite. It is flaking in some areas and dried in others. The instructions said it would be dry in 6 hours and its obviously not. Before laying it, the cement was cleaned and cracks were filled and sealed. Will it eventually dry? Or did I miss a step. Also am I supposed to seal it after it does dry? Thanks so much for any assistance. I'm obviously a newbie to this cement stuff.

Thanks,
Olivia

Might have nixed it wrong. Did you use the primer made for it? You didn't mention it. Which brand of SLC and primer is this? You said cracks were filled and sealed? With what, & why? What will you be installing over this?
