Self Leveling Compound and Electric Radiant Mats.

Finishing my basement (pennsylvania weather, poured concrete floor) with the usual drywall walls and ceilings yada yada yada. Have two questions.

1) we have an area that has settled due to a crack. The crack runs 4 feet off the wall running parallel for about 25 feet. the floor drops on a consistent angle toward the wall approximately 1 - 1.5 " over the 4 feet. Thinking of self leveling concrete
to get the floor flat. What does everyone recommend for a product?

2) would like to put radiant floor electric padding under (Thermosoft) the floating hardwood floor (click lock), but am concerned about a moisture / mold issue. Any recommendations on vapor barrier, etc. So far am planning on going (slab,6 mill poly, thermosoft, click lock hardwood). The manufacturer recommends this, but I am not sure. What are your thoughts.

Appreciate it....beers at my house then everything is done.
