Sealing perimeter in basement

I installed click together (not glue) vinyl planks in my basement. They are 100% waterproof, but if I ever have a flood, I'll have to pull them up to dry the water underneath. Is there any way to seal the perimeter so the water can't go under the floating floor and it will just stay on top?
Thanks

You would have to use a 100% acrylic silicone???This will allow for expansion and contraction...However, if you get an excessive amount of water on top of the floor...chances are, well very good chance...the water will penetrate the seams.
So in my opinion....don't bother.
