There is a product called excelon floor polish made for self stick tiles. Made by armstrong or congoleum? It is not a sealer, simply a protectant for the tiles and where the edges meet. There is not a sealer needed for self-stick tiles iam aware of, only waxes and polishes.
Any every day floor wax can be used but it all takes multiple applications to seal the cracks against moisture. Once the waxing begins however a routine and regular maintenance program also begins. If you don't mind the ongoing chore I guess it's no big deal.
I think most of that type of tile today is intended to be basically maintenance free except for an occasional light mopping with a damp mop.
